Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Introducing my newest INDULGENCE! π€€
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies π₯
These cookies are rich, fudgy and might be my newest addiction. With a powdered sugar coating, this cookie is the perfect mix sweet and indulgent richness. Soft and chewy, it is reminiscent of biting into a brownie, in the BEST WAY! Theyβre so easy and so worth the work!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter (115 g)
- 1 cup brown sugar (200 g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup all purpose flour (125 g)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (45 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips (180g)
- Powdered sugar (about 1 cup) to roll dough balls in before baking
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
While oven is heating, cream butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl until creamy. Add eggs and mix until combined.
Add dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt) and mix. I used my hand mixer to combine all the ingredients, and then finished it off by hand with a rubber spatula.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and fully incorporate. With a small cookie scoop or by rounded Tablespoon, scoop out 1.5 ounce (45g) dough balls. Before baking, roll cookie dough in powdered sugar.
Bake cookies for 11 minutes. When cookies come out of the oven, gently tap pan on the counter twice to encourage cookie top to crack.
Recipe will yield 14 cookies! Enjoy! π«
