These cookies are every peanut butter lovers DREAM, with the perfect amount of chocolate delicately placed on top!

Quick to make and even quicker to eat, these cookies are guaranteed to be a HIT!

PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS 🤤

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup sugar (100g)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (128g)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour (218g)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Toppers:
- 1/2 cup sugar (for rolling balls in before baking)
- 30 Hershey kisses (unwrapped for after baking)

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

While oven is heating, start the dough.
In a bowl of a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add in peanut butter, vanilla and egg. Mix until well combined.

Once fully combined, add in flour, baking soda and salt and mix until a soft dough forms!

Portion out the dough using a full tablespoon (32g) to roll into our dough balls. Roll dough in between hands to make them a perfect circle before topping with final sugar coating. Roll in sugar to lightly coat before putting them on a parchment paper lined baking tray.

Bake cookies at 375 for 10 minutes. Once out of the oven, immediately press unwrapped Hershey kisses into the center (the cookies will crack but it’s okay!) doing this allows for the chocolate to melt slightly on the bottom and become soft! YUMMM! 🤯

You will be able to make 30 small cookies with this recipe! Let cookies set for 5 minutes before serving!
